Register Now for Commodity Classic and Save (1-2-07)

The National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) reminds growers they have until Jan. 17 to save $50 by registering early for the 11th Annual Commodity Classic March 1-3, 2007, in Tampa, Fla. Hundreds of exhibitors representing leading agribusiness decision-makers and representatives will showcase state-of-the-art products and technology at Commodity Classic.

“Bounty on the Bay” is the theme for the 2007 Commodity Classic -- the combined convention and trade show of the American Soybean Association (ASA), the National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) and the National Association of Wheat Growers (NAWG). This is the first year NAWG joins Commodity Classic.

“Commodity Classic promises to be a great event, and NCGA encourages members to take advantage of the early registration savings,” said NCGA President Ken McCauley. “The word is getting out about this event. We are experiencing increased registration, and the show is in the process of securing more hotel rooms.”

Full registration includes:
* Trade Show access including an opening reception, lunch and coffee break;
* General Session, featuring the presidents from the three commodity associations in a roundtable discussion;
* Learning Center educational sessions, What Is New (WIN) and Mini WIN sessions and Early Riser Marketing sessions; and
* Evening of Entertainment with country music star Colin Raye

Commodity Classic offers a wide range of valuable educational sessions for growers. Participants will hear experts discuss timely issues that can impact growers’ profitability. There will also be a number of important networking opportunities throughout the event.
