The National Corn Growers Association welcomes Peter Laudeman, who joins the organization as the legislative assistant for the Washington office. Laudeman brings experience in public policy at the state, national and international levels.
“We are excited to welcome Peter our team,” said Interim CEO Jon Doggett. “His background on the Hill, in his home state of Illinois and abroad will bring a well-rounded perspective to his work here.”
Laudeman joins NCGA after previously serving as an intern in the Washington office of Congressman Darin LaHood. Prior to that, he interned with the Illinois Statewide Terrorism and Intelligence Center.
Laudeman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, receiving a bachelor’s degree in agricultural and consumer economics with a concentration in public policy and law.
